Tv installed in the room but no cable service. Hence the tv was not running. Apart from that all ok. Room & bed sheet was clean and ac chilling was very cool

I was booked, i didn't expect the room to be very bad, i have ordered veg, biryani masala peas, roti, rice and, curd they were not given raita and salad, i asked for salad, they rudely saying no raita and salad, behaving very bad, worst experience, location also very bad always bus sound u can't sleep peacefully.

In simple you have a ease stay they are good in there business and they also understand the customers. We have reached jaipur by car from bikaner that is a long drive and done a online booking so there is always a chance that hotel says that we will not accept this online booking you have to pay more but hotel goyal never disappoint you in any circumstances this my second stay there both the time i have booked online and they have given me a good room, we enjoyed our stay they have good rooms and clean also with television and ac facilities. They have a restro and bar facilities. Also have ample parking space. Hotel is located at sindhi park so you can easily find transport, eating space and metro also. Do give a visit they will never disappoint you in any manner.

Hotel goyal is the worst hotel at jaipur. There is huge difference between room and offline room. The room they will give for booking don't have inverter or generator connection for loadshedding. Ac is not working properly. No geyser. Even room is not clean properly, no room service facility to have. Although all these facilities were mentioned on booking. Totally a very poor experience at hotel goyal. I would suggest to every tourist to skip this place.

I stay there for 2 days with my friends in this hotel, and it was so pathetic and most wrist experience of my life. Staff was very bad at service when we call them 5-6 time then they come for 1 time in that also they are aruging. Room there beds bathroom were so dirty, for that we change room also but all room were so dirty. Very bad smell and beers bottel were every were in the corridor. Family person please don’t prefer this hotel hotel. I think no budy should book this, we are paying above 1000 rupees for 1 night and we are getting services, cleaning, rooms, staff attitude like 200 rupess hotel. Wrost wrist experience

The person at the reception in day hours was very rude he didn’t accept my e-aadhaar card as a proof he ask me to go outside in that hot weather and take a print out of the ID card even when he was having the printer at the reception. on the first floor Room No. 102 & 103 was assigned to us, where you can see lot of beer bottles & Gutka’s tobacco splits all around you.
